Tovi Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

The short version

  • Tovi is a program you install on your computer to run your YouTube and TikTok channels with your own AI agent. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it.
  • By using Tovi you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and to TikTok's terms for the TikTok features.
  • Your projects and videos are yours and stay on your computer.
  • Your AI agent works on your own subscription, and you decide what it does. Tovi does not promise any result for your channels.

1. Who we are

Tovi is made by Viacheslav Yakobchuk, a self-employed person (autónomo) registered in Spain ("we", "us"). The full legal details are in the Legal notice. Contact: support@tovi.work.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you create a Tovi account or use Tovi. If you do not agree, do not use Tovi. You must be at least 16 years old. If you use Tovi for a company or another person, you confirm you may accept these terms for them.

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens with your data and is part of this agreement.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Tovi, created with an email and password or with Google. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, unless it happened because of our fault.

You can delete your account at any time in Tovi (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by writing to us.

4. Using Tovi

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Tovi on your computers while these terms apply.

You agree not to:

  • use Tovi to break the law or the rules of YouTube, TikTok or any other service you connect;
  • use Tovi on channels or accounts you are not allowed to manage;
  • try to get around Tovi's limits, the access rules of the platforms, or the security of our server;
  • resell Tovi, or copy, change or take it apart, except where the law allows it;
  • overload our server or use it for anything other than Tovi.

5. YouTube and TikTok

Tovi uses YouTube API Services. By using Tovi you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a TikTok account, TikTok's terms of service and policies apply to your use of TikTok through Tovi.

YouTube and TikTok are run by other companies. They can change or stop what they let Tovi do, and we are not responsible for their services. Tovi is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google, YouTube or TikTok.

6. AI models and your agent

Some of Tovi's features use an AI model from a provider you choose, with your own key. Tovi also works with an AI agent you run yourself, on your own subscription. Your agreement with that provider applies to what it receives and to what you pay it.

Answers from AI models can be wrong. Tovi always marks a model's conclusion as an estimate, separate from measured figures. You decide what to publish and what to change on your channels; check what a model or your agent suggests before you act on it.

7. Your content

Your videos, sound, texts, projects and channel data remain yours. They are stored on your computer, and we do not get rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to what you edit and publish with Tovi, including music, images and voices.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Tovi itself

Tovi, its name, its mark, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using Tovi. Components made by others that Tovi downloads (such as FFmpeg or speech models) come under their own licences.

9. Price

If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms before you can buy anything. Nothing is charged without your express agreement.

10. Availability and updates

We work to keep Tovi and our server running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update Tovi to fix problems, add or change features, or follow the platforms' rules. If we stop Tovi, we will tell you in advance where we can, and your projects stay on your computer.

11. Liability

Tovi does not promise any growth of views, subscribers or income.

We are liable without limit for damage we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, for injury to life or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or loss of data you could have prevented with backups, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, or 100 euros if you paid nothing.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Tovi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after warning you where reasonable. When the account ends, your right to use Tovi ends; the projects on your computer stay yours.

13. Changes

If these terms change, we will say so on this page and in Tovi before the change applies. If you do not agree with the change, you can delete your account. The date at the top shows the current version.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there. We prefer to solve problems directly: write to support@tovi.work first.
