Delete your Tovi account
In Tovi, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Tovi asks for your password, or for a Google sign-in if your account has no password.
- Deleted
- Your account on our server: your email, your password, the link to Google and every computer where you are signed in.
- Kept
- Your projects, in their folder on your computer.
You can also ask us to delete it: write to support@tovi.work from the account's email.
Disconnect a channel
In Tovi, remove the channel or its project. Its data is deleted at once and the access is revoked at Google or TikTok.
Revoke Tovi's access
- Google and YouTube
- On Google's security settings page, remove Tovi.
- TikTok
- Remove Tovi's access in the TikTok app.
Tovi notices at its next check and deletes that channel's data within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Tovi does not open the first time
Tovi is not yet signed with a developer certificate. The steps for Windows and macOS are under First launch.
